01Live market data

1.1

NEPSE prices, indices, turnover, movers, sector figures and broker activity on lsnep.com come from a third-party data feed and are refreshed at intervals. They may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

1.2

When a figure is unavailable we say so rather than estimate it. Broker activity is derived from the public floorsheet and is not a recommendation about any broker.

Important

Do not rely on lsnep.com for trading decisions. Use your broker's trading system and official NEPSE sources for live prices.

02IPO and share-issue calendar

2.1

The calendar of IPOs, FPOs, rights shares, mutual funds, debentures and auctions is curated from public notices and may lag official announcements. Opening and closing times, units, prices, eligibility and ratings can change.

Important

LSNEP does not accept applications or payments. Apply only through Meroshare or your ASBA bank, and confirm every detail in the issuer's official notice and on Meroshare before applying. Check results only on Meroshare or CDSC's result site.

03Calculators and tools

3.1

Brokerage, breakeven, capital gains tax, average cost, position size, bonus and right adjustment, margin LTV and readiness tools give estimates based on the rules and rates shown on each tool, as we understand them on the date stated.

3.2

Fees, tax rates and market rules change, and your own situation may differ. The results are not tax or financial advice.
