01Who is responsible

1.1

lsnep.com is operated by Lacspace Corporation Private Limited (Reg. No. 377566/82/83, PAN 622468837), Bhimsengola, Sinamangal-31, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal. Lacspace decides how the information described here is used and is responsible for it.

1.2

This policy covers the lsnep.com website only. Data that brokers hold about their own clients on the LSNEP platform is covered by each broker's own privacy notice and by our Data Processing Agreement.

02What we collect

2.1

Demo and contact requests. What you enter in the form: your name, work email, your firm or brokerage, your role, and optionally your phone number, broker number, the modules you are interested in and your message.

2.2

Technical logs. Like every website, our hosting keeps short-lived technical records of requests (such as IP address, browser type, time and page requested) to deliver the Site, keep it secure and stop abuse.

2.3

What we do not collect. Amounts entered in calculators, answers to the readiness check and your activity on market pages stay in your browser. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

03Why we use it

to reply to your request, arrange a demo and follow up about LSNEP;
to prepare a proposal if you ask for one;
to screen out spam and protect our forms and systems; and
to meet legal obligations.

3.1

We rely on your request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the Site secure.

04Who can see it

4.1

Requests go to Lacspace's own systems and are seen only by the Lacspace team handling enquiries.

4.2

We use established infrastructure providers to run the Site and our systems, including Vercel (website hosting) and Amazon Web Services (Lacspace's back-end systems). They process data on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

4.3

Important

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

05How long we keep it

5.1

We keep enquiry details while we are in contact with you about LSNEP and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted by our hosting provider.

06Security

6.1

Traffic to lsnep.com is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it, and staff sign in with two factors.

07Your choices and rights

7.1

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, at any time. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.
