No. LSNEP is technology for licensed firms. It does not execute trades, take IPO applications, hold investor money or give investment advice. Brokerage services in an LSNEP-built app are provided by the licensed firm named on it.

Your firm does. Lacspace processes it only to run LSNEP for you, under our Data Processing Agreement. We never sell it or use it for other customers.

Yes. Each brokerage has its own separate data store, with roles your firm controls and an audit log of every change.

Yes. You get a full export of your data in a usable format, and we then delete it on your request, as set out in our Security and Service Commitments.

Yes. Our DPA forms part of every client agreement, and we can sign a version that reflects your firm's requirements.

Two-factor sign-in for all staff, role-based access, audit logs, encryption in transit, daily backups tested by restoring them, continuous monitoring and an independent security test before you go live.

We tell you quickly, keep you updated until it is resolved, and send a written incident report covering what happened, the data affected and what we changed.

We provide the logs, records and documentation about LSNEP that your firm needs for inspections and IT audits, and design modules around current rules. Your firm remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance.

The client app, web portal, account opening, support desk, back office, margin and insights modules run beside your existing trading system. A web trading portal or own TMS needs NEPSE approval and must meet its vendor criteria before it goes live.
