lsnep.com is a website about LSNEP, Lacspace's technology for Nepal's stock brokers and market firms.
Calculators, market pages and the IPO calendar are for information only. They are not investment, tax or legal advice.
LSNEP is software for licensed firms. It is not a broker, exchange, depository or investment adviser, and it never takes orders, applications or money from investors.
Brokers who use the LSNEP platform sign a separate client agreement; where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement wins.

01Who we are and what these terms cover

1.1

lsnep.com is operated by Lacspace Corporation Private Limited (Reg. No. 377566/82/83, PAN 622468837), Bhimsengola, Sinamangal-31, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal ("Lacspace", "we", "us"). LSNEP is a Lacspace product.

1.2

These Terms of Use apply to anyone who visits or uses lsnep.com, including its pages, calculators, readiness check, live market pages and IPO calendar (together, the "Site").

1.3

Using the Site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

02What LSNEP is, and is not

2.1

LSNEP is technology for licensed capital-market firms in Nepal: broker-branded client apps, web portals, digital account opening, back office, margin management and support tools.

2.2

Important

Lacspace and LSNEP are not a stock broker, stock exchange, depository, merchant banker or investment adviser. We do not execute trades, accept IPO or share applications, hold investor money or securities, or give investment recommendations.

2.3

Any brokerage services shown inside an LSNEP-built app are provided by the licensed firm whose name is on that app, under its own licence and terms.

03Information on the Site

3.1

Market data, broker activity, IPO and share-issue information, calculators and articles are provided for general information. Read our Market Data and Investment Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3.2

Important

Nothing on the Site is investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Do not buy or sell securities, or apply for an issue, based only on the Site. Confirm details with official sources such as NEPSE, SEBON, CDSC and Meroshare, and with your own adviser.

3.3

Fees, tax rates and market rules change. We work to keep figures current and show the date where it matters, but we do not guarantee that every figure is complete, current or error-free.

04Acceptable use

4.1

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and for your own information or your firm's evaluation of LSNEP.

4.2

You must not:

copy, scrape, re-publish or re-serve the live market or IPO data shown on the Site, in bulk or by automated means;
try to break, overload, probe or bypass the Site's security, rate limits or spam screening;
send false, misleading or abusive information through our forms, or impersonate another person or firm; or
use the Site in any way that breaks the law in Nepal or where you are.

05Demo requests and contact

5.1

When you send a demo request or message, you confirm the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.2

A demo, walkthrough or proposal does not create a contract. A client relationship starts only when both sides sign a client agreement.

06Brokers and firms using the LSNEP platform

6.1

Firms that use LSNEP do so under a signed client agreement with Lacspace, together with our Data Processing Agreement and Security and Service Commitments.

6.2

If anything in these Terms of Use conflicts with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that firm.

07Intellectual property

7.1

The Site, the LSNEP name and mark, our text, illustrations and software belong to Lacspace or its licensors. You may share links to the Site and quote short passages with attribution.

7.2

Each client firm owns its own brand and its own client data. Building an app in a firm's name does not transfer that firm's brand or data to Lacspace.

08Third-party links and data

8.1

The Site links to and shows information from third parties, including NEPSE, SEBON, CDSC, Meroshare and app stores. We are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.

09Availability and changes

9.1

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. Live data pages may show "unavailable" when a source does not respond; we do not fill gaps with estimates.

9.2

We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top; continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept it.

10Liability

10.1

Important

To the extent the law allows, the Site is provided "as is". Lacspace is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site's information, including trading or investment losses, missed issue windows, or decisions based on calculators.

10.2

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Governing law and disputes

11.1

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions of the Lacspace Terms of Service apply to these terms. We will always try to resolve a concern with you directly first.
